These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Wellness Trading Ltd (“Supplier”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) and the registered trade account holder (“Customer”, “You”, or “Your”) for the purchase of our products through this portal.
By accessing this platform and placing orders through it, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full.
Wellness Online is the only authorised distributor of mesoestetic® products in the UK. No other distributor is authorised to sell mesoestetic® products in the UK, and Wellness Online accepts no responsibility for products or issues arising from purchases through any other distributor.
1. Access and Eligibility
- Access to this portal is restricted to authorised trade account holders. Accounts are created by Wellness Online and are not available for self-registration.
- To hold a trade account, you must be a suitably qualified medical professional or aesthetic professional with relevant qualifications, working from suitable premises. Some products are restricted to medical professionals only.
- You must be at least 18 years old and an authorised representative of a registered UK aesthetic or medical clinic.
- To open a trade account, you must provide accurate and complete business details including your business name, address, contact details, and therapist details. Copies of relevant certificates or medical registration numbers are required — accounts cannot be opened without these.
- Wellness Online reserves the right to approve or decline any trade account application at its sole discretion.
- You agree to keep all account information up to date and notify us of any changes.
- You agree to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
2. Product Catalogue and Access Restrictions
- The product catalogue is visible only to logged-in, authorised account holders. No products, pricing, or content are accessible without logging in.
- Access to certain products, including medical and prescription-only (POM) products, is restricted based on your account type and clinic permissions as determined by Wellness Online.
- Clinics without a verified, linked prescriber cannot view or purchase prescription-only (POM) products.
- Wellness Online reserves the right to amend product availability and access permissions at any time without notice.
3. Orders and Pricing
- Orders are placed through this portal. By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Wellness Online reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
- There will be a minimum order value for your initial opening order.
- All products are sold at the trade prices assigned to your account. Prices may change without notice, though existing confirmed orders will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of the order.
- Each clinic is assigned a pricing tier by Wellness Online. Pricing is displayed automatically based on your assigned tier when you log in. Wellness Online reserves the right to amend a clinic’s pricing tier at any time.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be applied at the applicable rate for your location at the time of purchase. Where an order is placed with an appropriate prescription by an appropriate prescriber using our partner pharmacy, VAT may not be applicable.
4. Prescription Products (POM)
- Orders containing prescription-only medicines (POMs) require prescriber sign-off before they can proceed to payment or fulfilment. The order cannot be dispatched until the linked prescriber has reviewed and approved it.
- It is the responsibility of the clinic account holder to ensure that all prescribers linked to their account hold current, valid professional registration.
- Wellness Online and its superintendent pharmacist reserve the right to decline any POM order where regulatory requirements are not satisfied.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments can be made by credit or debit card, bank transfer (BACS), or any other method specified by Wellness Online. We do not accept cash payments.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order, unless a BACS arrangement has been agreed in advance. BACS payments are treated as offline payments and must be manually verified by our team before an order is processed.
- All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Payment will be debited on receipt of order. If the card issuer refuses to authorise payment, Wellness Online will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
- Orders will not be processed where payment is not received or is declined.
6. Samples
- A selection of product samples is included with every online order placed through this portal, at the discretion of Wellness Online.
- At checkout, you may submit specific sample requests using the comments field. Please note that specific requests cannot be guaranteed, as sample stock availability may vary.
- Samples are provided free of charge and have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, returned, or credited against an order.
- Wellness Online reserves the right to amend or withdraw the samples offering at any time without notice.
7. Discount Codes and Account Credits
- Discount codes may be issued by Wellness Online from time to time. Where a valid code is applied at checkout, the discount will be deducted from the applicable order total.
- Discount codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be subject to specific terms or expiry dates as communicated at the time of issue.
- Certain accounts may be eligible for a monthly account credit as part of a KOL or promotional arrangement agreed with Wellness Online. Monthly credits may be used against product orders at checkout, roll over if unused, and may be partially used with any remaining balance retained on the account.
- Account credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn by Wellness Online at any time.
8. Training
- Training may be offered free of charge to active customers at the discretion of Wellness Online. In certain cases, training may be charged for, or minimum orders may need to be placed prior to attendance.
- Wellness Online does not offer training to companies known to have purchased products through unauthorised distributors.
9. Delivery and Shipping
- Shipping fees are calculated at the time of order based on the delivery method and destination.
- Orders received before 12pm (subject to stock availability) will be dispatched the same day on a next working day delivery service. Enhanced delivery services are available on request for an additional cost.
- Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery charge. All orders are accepted subject to product availability.
- Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary depending on location and product availability. Wellness Online is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
- If tracking information shows an order as delivered but you believe it has not been received, you must notify us within four working days of the marked delivery date. Once an investigation is raised with the courier, please allow up to seven working days for its conclusion. We will notify you of the outcome and proposed resolution.
- VAT treatment on delivery charges may vary depending on your clinic’s location, including orders delivered to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.
10. Returns and Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided products are unused, in their original packaging, and returned with adequate packaging. You must contact Wellness Online by phone or email before returning any items.
- No refunds will be given for unauthorised returns. Wellness Online reserves the right to re-consign any unauthorised returns and charge an additional handling and postage fee equivalent to the original delivery cost.
- No refund will be given for products received more than 28 days after their original dispatch.
- If products are defective or damaged on delivery, you must notify us within 3 working days and we will arrange a return or replacement.
- If any items are missing from your delivery, you must notify us within 3 working days by phone or email. An internal investigation will be launched and we will inform you of the outcome within 3 working days.
- Certain items, including opened or used products, may not be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or the return is due to our error.
11. Product Use
- Professional products sold under this trade account are intended for professional use in an aesthetic or medical setting only. They must not under any circumstances be resold to end consumers or wholesaled to other clinics.
- You agree to use all products in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable in your jurisdiction.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your staff are adequately trained to handle and apply products safely.
- Wellness Online accepts no responsibility for adverse events experienced by your patients. It is your responsibility to consult and advise your clients correctly and apply the appropriate treatment. If an adverse event occurs following purchase of products directly from Wellness Online, we will offer guidance to the appropriately qualified treatment provider only, provided that an adverse event form has been fully and correctly completed. Any advice given is a gesture of goodwill. The client remains your responsibility at all times and we will not discuss treatments directly with clients under any circumstances.
12. Resale Conditions
- Wellness Online permits the resale of retail products in clinic or online under the following conditions:
- Any website where products are sold must be under the same name, or a name similar to, the physical clinic holding the account with Wellness Online.
- Any website selling mesoestetic® products must be approved by Wellness Online.
- Only retail products may be resold in clinic or online. Professional use products must not be resold under any circumstances.
- No mesoestetic® products may be sold on third-party marketplaces including, but not limited to, eBay, Amazon, or TikTok Shop.
- Recommended retail prices (RRP) for retail products are provided on our retail price list.
13. Intellectual Property
- All product names, descriptions, and trademarks are owned by Wellness Online or their respective licensors.
- Product images shared with you may only be used on a website or social media account operating under the same name as your clinic. They must not be copied, modified, or distributed for any other purpose.
- Permission to use mesoestetic® images, logos, and trademarks will be withdrawn immediately if these conditions are not met, or if a customer is known to be purchasing products through unauthorised distributors or websites.
- Merchandising supplied by mesoestetic® must be displayed or used appropriately and may be withdrawn at any time. Merchandising is only supplied to customers ordering directly through Wellness Online and may be removed from customers known to be purchasing from unauthorised sources.
14. Additional Services
- Active customers in Tier 1 or above will have access to the professional zone, which contains training videos, protocols, product specifications, and marketing resources. Access will be revoked if regular orders are not placed within 12 months, or if a customer is known to be purchasing from unauthorised distributors or websites.
- Active customers in Tier 1 or above may be listed on the Centre Finder at www.mesoestetic.co.uk. Clinics that fall below the minimum spend threshold will be removed without notice.
15. Confidentiality
- You agree to keep all information regarding pricing, product availability, and any other confidential information shared by Wellness Online in strict confidence and not disclose it to any third party.
16. Termination of Account
- Wellness Online may suspend or terminate your trade account at its discretion, with or without cause, and without liability, including in cases of breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
- You may close your trade account at any time by notifying us in writing.
17. Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased from us. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or sale of our products.
- You agree to indemnify Wellness Online from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our products or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Wellness Online shall be under no liability in respect of damage caused by products that have not been used in accordance with the instructions provided, or where damage results from negligent misuse or handling.
18. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of England. You accept the jurisdiction of the courts of England, or such other court or tribunal as Wellness Online may nominate, for the purpose of resolving any dispute arising from these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this portal. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
